About the Role
JOB TITLE: Administrator (part time)
ROLE TYPE: Part time, Permanent
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
HOURS/DAYS (per week): Monday to Friday, Flexible Hours to be discussed (roughly 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)
SALARY RANGE: Competitive pro rata salary (to be discussed with applicants upon applying)
NOTICE & PROBATION PERIODS: 6 month probation, notice period TBC

Spread throughout multiple offices locations within Hertfordshire, Essex, and London, this firm are on the search for top talent who can help drive the business forward. For this vacancy, they're looking for a part time Administrator to join and support their operations team with day to day tasks.
JOB ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
As a part time Administrator, you will help support their operations team with day to day tasks. My client needs someone with a keen eye for detail who has a positive can-do attitude, and is a natural completer/finisher, as well as being confident on the phone, as your day to day responsibilities will be an integral part of the business. Duties will include:
- Data entry
- Correspondence and communications with HMRC
- Statutory company compliance
- Assisting with updating their sales ledger
- Aspects of client onboarding including AML risk assessments and Letters of Engagement
ANY SPECIFIC TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Training will be provided on all systems used within the business, along with processes in place.
- The ideal candidate must have working experience on Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have Full UK Right to Work (no sponsorships will be provided)
