About the Role
JOB TITLE: Business Support Administrator
ROLE TYPE: Full Time / Permanent
LOCATION: Colchester, England
HOURS/DAYS (per week): 5 days per week (mon-fri)
SALARY RANGE: Competitive Salary
NOTICE & PROBATION PERIODS: TBC

COMPANY INFORMATION: This well-established Top 75 Chartered Accounting Practice is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join them, working from their Colchester office. This firm have multiple office locations and a fantastic reputation for their professional and collaborative work. JOB ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of administrative tasks to ensure this firms’ clients receive a professional and unrivalled service. You will be a team player and have a flexible approach to completing tasks and achieving targets.
- Onboard clients and prepare necessary engagement documents
- Handle client disengagements and prepare professional clearance packs
- Incorporate companies / Assist with Company Secretarial duties
- Deal with HMRC queries and calls
- Overseeing the confirmation statement process
- Updating client database for Accounts and Tax teams as required
- Scanning and photocopying
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Filing (electronically) via our Document Management database
- Meet/greet clients in a professional manner and offer hospitality
- Order stationery and other office sundries
- Keep reception area and meeting rooms tidy / set up for meetings
- Assist with tax compliance duties
- Ad hoc project work
- General office duties
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player with a hands-on/can do attitude
• A professional approach to clients and colleagues
• Good IT Skills
• Adaptable and able to prioritise workload.
• Good attention to detail
